Villetta Atelier is a vacation cottage located in the countryside, just outside the town of Casarano, ideal for relaxing stays in nature, in the heart of Salento.
The cottage is surrounded by a large garden with parking inside the property, outdoor shower, brick barbecue and equipped veranda.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, heaters, kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher.
Villetta Atelier offers up to 8 beds. Pets allowed.

The cottage is surrounded by a large garden full of typical Mediterranean vegetation.
The large outdoor spaces allow you to park your cars inside, to relax in the cool of the shaded veranda furnished with table and chairs, but also to prepare excellent grills at the barbecue.
The interiors are spacious and cozy, tastefully furnished and featuring colorful paintings.
The living area consists of a large living room with sofa and armchairs, dining room and fireplace. Next to it is the eat-in kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of no less than 4 bedrooms: 2 twin bedrooms with single beds and 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room. Completing the interior are 2 additional shower rooms.
The surroundings of Villetta Atelier in Casarano
Villetta Atelier stands in the countryside of Casarano, in the heart of Salento. The short distance from the town allows you to reach in a few minutes by car all the main services, as well as all the beauties of the historic center of the lively town.
The nearest beaches are those of the Ionian coast of Salento, with places such as Marina di Mancaversa, Gallipoli and Baia Verde, Torre Suda reachable by car in about 15 minutes.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Third bathroom is incomplete.
- Heating not included, to pay upon arrival, at the mandatory extra cost of euro 5 per day from November to April.
