The apartment consists of an open space under star-vaulted ceiling with mezzanine floor. It opens into a large living room furnished with sofa, tv, dining area and a small but well-equipped kitchenette.
The stairs from the living room arrive at the mezzanine floor, with a double bed, a twin-sized bed and a wardrobe. Moreover, there is a well-refined bathroom.

holiday home La Corte di Alice is in an ancient courtyard in the centre
of Casarano. The town offers many services and artsy and cultural
events and it is in a strategic position as it allows to easily arrive
at the Ionian coast or the Adriatic coast.
The closest beaches are in Gallipoli, Baia Verde and Mancaversa.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Heating not included, to pay upon arrival, at the mandatory extra cost of euro 5 per day from November to April.
