"I missed an earlier communication from the host and therefore getting into the apartment was extremely difficult. Once we met the host and were admitted we had a wonderful time. The apartment, part of a noble palace built in the 1500s is a bit decrepit but everything works well and it is in the middle of the oldest “authentic” quarter of modern Naples. "James the tenant was very nice and helpful. Wifi works fine. The house is in a great location near the beaches but also adjacent to the buses that allow to explore the island. Ischia is wonderful, spent most of the time at the beach. "

"Could do with a complete refurbish. Two rooms had no hot water. Toilet seats missing . Some bathrooms had black mould and needs resealing . Could not cook as cooking equipment dated not even a sharp knife to cut melon. Only three teaspoons . We had seven children . We did not eat in once. The barbecue was dirty dated and not useable. We paid €10 for bedding and towels each person . Most towels ok, two bedrooms had old towels I would use as dog towels. One couple left after one week as they could...

"The space was roomy and decorated so nicely. Loved all the details. The outdoor space cannot be beat! But the real gems are the hosts. So friendly and beyond helpful. They helped us pick restaurants and scheduled taxis and taught me how to make caffe on the stovetop. Definitely recommend!"

"Super cute, little apartment that was perfect for our family of 4. We traveled throughout Southern Italy for 3 weeks and, of all the places we stayed, this was the best property. Clean, well-stocked, great location in Pozzuoli. Easy access to ferries for day trips to the islands. We also stayed at one point in downtown Naples, but actually preferred this location because downtown Naples was too hectic and loud for us. Will definitely be back!"
