At the entrance to the village, a 50 m² apartment in a building containing two other apartments (10095 and 10997). It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) - Shower room - WC The property includes three other rental units (no overlooking). - Heated swimming pool shared with the other apartments (10 x 5.5 meters, depth 1.20m to 1.80m), open from April 3rd to October 10th (9 am to 8 pm), secured by a safety barrier. Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those named in the rental agreement. - Shared enclosed grounds of 5000 m² - Covered terrace of 7.5 m² with unobstructed views of the village, mountains, and valley - Garden furniture - Barbecue - Children's play area - Parking - Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom with the double bed - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Freezer - Microwave - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Mobile vendors: grocer (once a week), dairy and greengrocer (once a week) - Guided mountain and river walks with the owner (free of charge) - The cleaning option (€75) is payable directly to the owner - A €75 cleaning deposit is required if the cleaning option is not selected - Electric vehicle charging station shared with other gîtes (additional charge payable on site to the owner: flat fee) €7/day) - If the entire stay is not available in this cottage, as the cottages are adjoining and identical, please do not hesitate to contact us to inquire about the availability of other accommodations. Two weeks in two different cottages is possible without additional booking fees.
