Located in a very peaceful rural area, but just a few minutes from the centre of Casabermeja, you can combine rest and nature with the proximity of supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and basic services. Furthermore, its location allows you to easily discover attractive places such as the Torcal de Antequera, Málaga city, beaches of the Costa del Sol or natural corners in the interior of the province. 🚗🌄



One of its great attractions is its pleasant outdoor space, designed to make the most of good weather. The property has a garden, fenced plot, 50 m² terrace, outdoor furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor meals, relaxation moments and peaceful evenings with views of the natural surroundings.



Inside you will find a comfortable and functional home, with 2 bedrooms, enough space to enjoy as a family and a warm atmosphere throughout the year. The house features a fireplace, central heating, mosquito nets throughout the accommodation, wifi and television with Smart TV adapter, so your stay is practical and pleasant. It also has 1 bathroom with shower, for greater comfort during your stay. 🛏️🚿



The American kitchen, with gas and electric cookers, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware to prepare your meals with complete comfort. It also has a washing machine and iron.



The property has space for several cars within the estate, which is very convenient if you travel by car.



As a special feature of the environment, the property does not accept pets, as there are loose cats, geese and chickens on the property, which even lay eggs that travellers can collect, adding an even more authentic, ecological and rural touch to the experience. 🐓✨Additionally, the owner can offer, upon request and subject to availability, additional services that will make your stay even more comfortable, such as transfers to or from the airport or meals prepared in the house itself, ideal for those who wish to enjoy a more practical and personalised experience.
