"Easy check in and check out procedures. Conveniently furnished and includes amenities to fish, kayak, play games indoors board games/pool table/ping pong, hot tub, cook, watch tv, porch sit, laundry room and there were shampoos, conditioners, disposable razors in case you forgot, feminine hygiene, sun screen, bandaids, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher, pots pans, dishes, silverware, paper towels. It was like home away from home. "

"Do Not stay here. Host forgot to have property cleaned prior to or arrival. The dishes the sink had been sitting a week and stunk. The bed wasn’t made, towels on the floor. I called, text and messaged owner. No response. I called again after 40 minutes and he answered. Promised to send some over to clean. They never showed up. We couldn’t stay there and had to go drive 30 min to Morrilton to get a hotel. I complained to Vrbo because they should refund we were unable to stay on party. Still...
