Our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The home was not clean or well-maintained—broken window shades, curtain rods falling off the wall, floors not mopped, and stained, unvacuumed carpet. The bathroom had an empty soap dispenser, no paper towels, and minimal toilet paper. Closet hardware was missing, and the kitchen was in poor condition with dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, a stained sink, and filthy, soaking wet sponges on the counter. There was also a broken stool at the counter and a beeping RO water dispenser needing a cartridge replacement. The balcony was completely inaccessible due to a locked-off area not included in the rental.Communication with the owner/property manager was very poor. It took hours to get a response, which blamed the cleaning crew being in a hurry. This made us question whether bedding had even been changed, so our family of six used our own. Although I sent photos as requested, my additional questions about pool equipment and extra guests went unanswered. It’s concerning how an urgent issue would have been handled.If you expect simple touches like a Keurig, clean mugs, or local recommendations, you won’t find them here. The only positives were the spacious layout and nice pool area—better suited for a bachelor pad than a family stay.
