It caved in through the bedspring when you sat on it. Carpet was so dirty and moldy that when you walked out of the bedroom, your shoes would stick. Not much furniture and furniture that was there was curb pick up quality. Dishes and appliances were dirty. TV in bedroom was on the floor in the closet. ...

I do think that should have said in the listing that the other couch and bathroom were in the basement! The bathroom floor in the basement was coming up. The house smelled very bad. "We had an amazing stay here, the home is beautiful and is as described, maybe even better. There is a warm, cozy feeling from the moment you enter the home. So much room to relax and hang out. The owners have thought of everything and provide it in the home. The home is located in a great area with so much to do close by. John was wonderful host reaching out proactively to be sure everything was as I expected and see if there was anything else I needed. Next time we are in town we will look...
