"wonderful home for a weekend vacation! house is within walking distance to the tow square that is filled with bars, shops, and restaurants! the entire house had a very comfortable, warm feel to it. everything was extremely clean and well equipped! My girlfriend and I loved it so much we’ve talked about making it a yearly trip!"

"Rented this property for my sons navy graduation, Base was only 6 minutes from the home. Tons of places to eat and shop no more then 15 minutes away. The house was super cute, very clean. we flew in at 10am and without even having to ask the host reached out and let us know it was ready for check in a few hours early which was great. left some packaged up congrats grad decor that hopefully didnt get thrown out and the next navy fam can use. "

"Great neighborhood and location. Nice basement with TV and games. The workout room is no longer there. The upstairs is a great place to sit and talk with friends.The house was clean, except the shower curtain liner was discolored, which I was surprised by as another guest commented on it in the past and they were sure the owner would change it. "We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Lake House. The home was clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully decorated for the holidays, which made it feel especially welcoming. Communication with Steve was excellent from start to finish. The house was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful lake view that we really enjoyed. Everything was as described, and the space was comfortable and relaxing. We would happily stay here again."
