Important Notes:
• Electricity charges apply from the beginning of November to the end of March.
• Passport details will be requested before arrival on a password protected spreadsheet as information must be submitted within three days of arrival.
• Tourist tax: €1–€2 per night per guest aged 13+, up to 7 nights.

Wie jedes Jahr sind wir immer gerne in Carvoeiro um den Übergang zum Winter mit besseren Temperaturen zu starten. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der Weg ins Zentrum dauert nur ein paar Minuten. Schade dass der Pool nicht geheizt ist. Das Internet ist recht langsam, aber ansonsten alles ok. Gerne wieder.

Well equipped property especially in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and and loungers Small supermarket 5 minutes walk and bigger ones a short drive. Great location for restaurants and beach.Only negative is only 1 bedroom has a socket near mirror for hairdryer. Communication with host was 5 stars. Staff on site are very helpful and polite.

Vacation within a vacation

We have been traveling through Portugal for over seven days. Our stay here allowed us the relaxation we needed with the ease of a beautiful, modern condo with all the amenities. The town was a a short walk with restaurant and some shopping.

Great, relaxing stay

So glad I chose this location. It isn’t as crowded as other areas in low season. The beach is sufficient, if you have time to drive you can access a huge beach with softer sand by Sagres and visit the fortress. A nice board walk up the hill is lit at night in Carvoeiro , so you can walk off the late night dinner. We make breakfast in the well equipped kitchen to save time, but there’s breakfast options in town. There’s some great Indian and Nepalese restaurants which have excellent food and service is most courteous. The condo is spacious and the pool is not heated, but refreshing. There’s plenty of food stores down the road toward Lagoa to buy groceries of more variety. Consider taking the 7 Hanging Valleys Trail (Praia da Marina) instead of the Benagil Caves boat tours, unless you like being packed on a boat like sardines, breathing boat engine exhaust, and you’ll save time, frustration, and money - also you might not see the cave with the hole in the top because it’s tide dependent, and you need overhead sun for pictures. You will see plenty of caves and arches from the trail.

Simply the best!!

We all agreed that the property was one of the best we've ever been to, and we have been self catering together for many years. The maid service was a great bonus and the fact that the towels and sheets were changed during our stay added to our feeling of we'll being. There was a problem with the shower when we first got there, which was dealt with immediately and was fine after the repair. We were able to walk to many bars and restaurants and to the beach. The pool was just next to the patio area which was brilliant. Altogether, a great holiday, thank you.

Simply amazing spot!

Beautiful and awesome place: super clean, totally equipped, comfortable and so close to many amenities! Bars (live bands & karaoke) and restaurants are very close. The beach was only a 5 minutes walk. Super duper host Michelle was quickly available and so kind! Totally recommend it!

10 days in Carvoeiro

Fantastic to be back in Carvoeiro (and back at Michelle's property in Monte Dourado) - visit number 3 to the town and second to this property. Just as we remembered - everything we could wish for in a holiday property with easy access to the pool (which kept both our boys happy)! Thank-you Michelle for being such a great communicative and helpful host. We hope to stay again in Carvoeiro.

Beautiful apartment

Lovely apartment right next to the pool. Everything you need. Very close to the centre of town although a little hilly on the way back but nice to take it easy. Nice restaurants close by and supermarkets 2 minutes away and everyone was nice and friendly.

Beautiful modern ,clean ,well maintained property in a beautiful complex. Great communication with Michelle with prompt replies. The appartment is as advertised with everything you could possibly need .Close to the town and the complex pools Staff all friendly and helpful . Carvoeiro is a beautiful place to visit .( just be prepared for hills ,but they are part of its beauty ) We would stay here again and recommend highly. Thank you Michelle and all the staff.

Great Location in Carvoeiro

This property had the perfect location and amenities for enjoying the Algarve. It was an easy walk down to the beach (slightly more challenging back uphill :) Easy to drive to and good parking right in front of the unit. Choice of several grocery stores within a ten-minute drive. So much to do in the area. A little market a two-minute walk away, and great bakeries and restaurants in town nearby. We had warm weather for mid-April and enjoyed the unheated pool just outside the unit (not too cold for Canadians). There was also a heated pool a few units away. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. Be aware that the kitchen, while well-equipped with dishes, pots, utensils etc, did not have any salt, pepper, spices, cooking oils etc. Also, plan to bring shampoo, dishwasher and laundry detergent (or you can purchase tabs at the reception for 0.50 euros.) The host emailed us well in advance with the check-in instructions and information on the resort and area, which was really appreciated! Wish we had stayed longer!
