"This place is disgusting. We were stranded and dropped off by a tow truck, so we didn't have much choice. The best I can say is that the bed was soft and the AC was cold. Beyond that, ick. It was a no-smoking room but the moment you walk in, you can tell people have been smoking in there for decades (there was also a woman camped outside our door in a lawn chair smoking, blowing it right at our room). "After traveling 12 hours, we received a call from the hotel just minutes before arrival asking if we would switch from a double queen room we had reserved to a king room. I explained that we specifically needed the double queen room and was told there had been an "incident" and there was no choice.
When we arrived about 5 minutes later, we were then told we had to wait another 30 minutes because the room needed to be cleaned--even though it was already 9 PM and we were exhausted.
