"I booked a room a week before our trip. Get to the hotel, only to be told by the hotel staff that there was a “glitch” in the system and the room we booked was no longer available. They said we could take the room they had or find another hotel. Since we had driven 4 hours and it was late, we took the room and slept on the floor. The staff was not helpful or apologetic for the situation. Terrible experience!"

Arrived at the hotel tired was told no tvs work in the hotel, I have an 11 year old who was bored, couldn’t use iPad as wifi and service was horrible. key card never worked most of the time, went to get reactivated and the older man on the desk was rude. "We selected this property because we needed to stay somewhere for the night on a trip to Florida. The property was in ok condition. We could not open the door. The staff came and helped us and it was because the door handle had been installed upside down, making it open lifting up rather than pushing down the handle. Once in the room the carpet was the original Days inn carpet from whenever Days inn still had those bright Sun carpets. The bathroom fan was so loud. It sounded like a jet engine...
