Located in the heart of the Côtes de Blaye appellation vineyard, about ten kilometers from the Citadel of Blaye, Vauban's fortress with its shops and crafts, the Puits Fleuris gîte welcomes you for your stay. Its location in the hamlet of l'Hôpital, a few steps from the village of Eyrans, will allow you to benefit from a calm and pleasant environment. Cycling enthusiasts will find a cycle path 500 meters from the gîte that will take you to Blaye through the vineyards. Also worth exploring in the surrounding area are the estuary along the water with cruises on the Gironde, the village of Bourg sur Gironde and the corniche road, or the bird sanctuary of St-Ciers-sur-Gironde as well as the marsh with its fishing huts and several restaurants on site. Adjoining the owners' home and close to a second gîte, you will benefit from a large private gravelled courtyard with a paved terrace and independent access to the gîte. Carefully renovated, the house is composed on the ground floor of an entrance hall, a main room with a fitted kitchen, dining room and living room, a beautiful shower room with toilet included. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 140x190 and a bed 90x190) as well as a separate toilet with washbasin. The gîte is equipped with electric heating.
