Gîte de Ricadet - Cartelegue

In the heart of North Gironde, about ten kilometers from Blaye and its Vauban citadel, we invite you to stay in a warm setting at this property with a large green space located in a hamlet near the RD252. The cottage is housed in a fully renovated old stone and rubble house located near the owners' home and two other cottages. On the ground floor, it comprises a large living room with a dining room and lounge (wood-burning stove) opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower, a separate toilet, and a third attic bedroom located upstairs. To relax in the warmer weather, you will have access to a dedicated garden area and a covered terrace with a barbecue adjacent to the kitchen. A recreation area shared by the three cottages is located near the cottage, with a swing set and a bowling alley (right of way in front of the cottage) and a shared ping-pong table. Sheets and towels are available for rental, and an optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available. Reversible air conditioning is available in the main room, and electric heaters are available in the other rooms. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage. A spa is available at an additional cost, upon reservation with the owners (one-hour package for 5 people: €50). For security, cameras are installed on the property.
