Sea Whisper Apartment is a place to breathe Cartagena from above. Located on the 28th floor, it combines ocean views, a spacious balcony and an open layout that invites you to slow down after a day at the beach, the Old City or local tours.

The apartment is ideal for couples, small families, solo travelers and organized groups looking for a practical, fresh and calm stay. It features two bedrooms with air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, washing machine, Smart TV.

Sea Whisper Apartment is a full 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in Lotus Apartamentos, in Torices. It has a maximum capacity of 7 guests, while the experience is especially comfortable for couples, small families and groups of 2 to 4 people.

Each bedroom has a double bed and a pull-out auxiliary bed. The apartment also has a sofa bed in the living area. There is one bathroom inside one of the bedrooms and one social bathroom, making the stay more practical for organized groups.

The living room, kitchen and dining area are integrated into one open space, creating a sense of openness and connection with the view. From this area you can access the balcony, one of the apartment’s most special spots, perfect for coffee, conversation or simply looking at the sea.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, pots, dishes, cutlery and the essentials needed to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. The apartment also has a washing machine and an independent laundry area, especially useful for longer stays.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The social area has a portable fan to support ventilation in the living room, dining area and kitchen.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Check-in is self-guided through a digital lock with a code, allowing a flexible arrival within the established check-in time.

The building currently has a lobby and security. Additional common areas are planned for the future, so the current experience focuses on the apartment, its ocean view, balcony, indoor comfort and practical location.

The apartment is located on a high floor and can be accessed by elevator. To enter the building, all guests must complete the required registration before arrival and provide the information requested by the building administration.

There is a public parking lot in front of the building as an alternative for guests arriving by car.

We will be available during your stay to support your arrival process, answer questions about the apartment and share the information you need for a smooth experience from the beginning.

Communication will mainly take place through the platform or the authorized channel after booking. Our goal is for you to enjoy independence and privacy, with timely support whenever needed.

Before arrival, we will share the key information: registration form, self check-in method, digital lock code, transportation recommendations, visitor policy and main building rules.

After check-in, we will follow up to confirm that you were able to enter correctly and that everything is in order inside the apartment.

Sea Whisper Apartment is located in Torices, a developing area that blends residential life, local commerce and tourism growth. From the building, it is easy to move toward Marbella Beach, the Old City, the airport and other important areas of Cartagena.

Nearby you will find a local shop, restaurants, fast food options, pharmacy, supermarkets such as ARA and D1, a Bancolombia ATM and tourism offices where some tours depart from. Marbella Beach is approximately 6 blocks away.

During the day, guests can walk to nearby shops and the beach. At night, we recommend using transportation apps, authorized taxis or a private car for greater comfort. We also suggest avoiding displaying valuable belongings on the street and waiting for transportation from the building.

The area is growing, and nearby construction may be present at certain times of the day. The apartment experience focuses on its ocean view, spacious balcony, comfortable layout, fresh bedrooms and practical connection to Cartagena.

The building currently offers lobby and security. Other common areas will become available when the administration enables them.

Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $60,000 COP per stay. Visitors must be coordinated in advance and are subject to registration and property conditions.

House rules

Parties, events and loud gatherings are outside the apartment experience.
The apartment is for registered guests and previously authorized visitors.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Please keep a moderate volume during the day and especially at night.
Take care of furniture, linens, towels, décor, kitchenware and appliances.
Turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances when leaving.
Use air conditioning with doors and windows closed.
Towels, sheets and apartment items must remain inside the property.
Any damages inside the apartment will be assumed by the reservation.
Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $60,000 COP per stay and responsible care.

Building rules

All guests must be registered before entering the building.
The building may request identification documents to validate access.
Visitors must be previously authorized and registered.
Any fine, damage or impact caused in shared building areas will be the responsibility of the reservation.
Use of common areas is subject to availability and building administration rules.
Behavior inside the building must remain respectful toward residents, guests and security staff.
Access related to sex tourism, exploitation or illegal activities is completely outside the property policy.

Visitor policy

Visitors must be reported and authorized in advance. There are two options:

Option 1: payment of $75,000 COP per visitor/person.
Option 2: adding extra guests to the reservation, always respecting the maximum capacity of 7 people.

For reservations of 1 to 3 guests, the reservation must be adjusted to 5 guests if visitors are expected.
For reservations of 4 guests, the reservation must be adjusted to 6 guests if visitors are expected.
For reservations of 5 guests, the reservation must be adjusted to 7 guests if visitors are expected.
For reservations above 5 guests, the apartment receives only the registered guests.
