The Space:
The Las Brisas community is located in a peaceful area at the edge of La Manga Club, close to the South Golf Course, and with views to the hills.



This spacious villa is in a quiet location, with lovely views to the natural park at the rear. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, its own pool with optional heating (charges apply) and terrace surround. There is also a sizeable lawned garden with some natural shade from the mature trees, and ample sunloungers. The addition of a conservatory with sliding glass doors provides a great outdoors/indoors space, complete with dining facilities and sofas.



Internally the villa is well equipped and furnished, with air conditioning throughout, a galley style kitchen, living room with separate dining area, and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus cloakroom on the ground floor. The master suite on the first floor has its own terrace, an ensuite bathroom, a flat screen TV, and a seating area - a lovely private space.
