The master bedroom has a queen bed with full bathroom and Smart TV. The second bedroom has two full beds, which can be placed together a as a king bed, and a second full bathroom. The bright living room is fully furnished and includes a futon couch, which converts into a bed and Smart TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, cups, wine glasses, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender and 6-person dining table. There is a large ocean-facing balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom, with a hammock and chairs to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views. Here you will enjoy all the comforts of home, including Wi-Fi, A/C, washing machine/clothes dryer and extra sheets, towels and beach towels. The entire condo will be thoroughly sanitized prior to each arrival.

The building is conveniently located within a 5-minute drive from the Cartagena Airport (CTG). There is a beach 2 blocks from the building, or you can walk/bike on the newly paved path 10 minutes to Playa Azul La Boquilla, one of Cartagena’s best beaches, next to the Las Americas Hotel. Several convenience stores, restaurants and pharmacies are also located within walking distance. The Old Town of Cartagena is 15 minutes by car, and the Doorman can call a safe taxi for you.

Non-registered guests and parties are strictly prohibitted by building administration. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Check in is at 3 pm, if you arrive earlier you can leave your bags securely stored until 3 pm.
