"If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!"

"Over all this location and set up worked well for us. The outside needs work for curb appeal - trimming, leaves blown off sidewalks/back porch. Master bedroom missing pull down shades-afternoon sun was hot! Mattresses are very firm. Retro vibe which was fun. Lots of space for gathering. Very clean."

"Great layout, property, and amenities. The game room was the highlight for the kids and adults all weekend. Easy drive into ellicottville, but far enough away from town to enjoy quiet. "This was our second stay at the property and we would come back again. Easy check-in, plenty of room for our family inside and out, well-equipped kitchen, super charming and clean interior, and a perfect location on Cuba Lake. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, sitting by the fire, and playing games. A very quick drive to Cuba made shopping and dining easy. A great place to make family memories!"

"The property was beautiful. Great outdoor space with a fire pit, Weber grill, and spacious deck. Full, functional kitchen. It may sound odd to mention functionality, but if you have used rentals before, you appreciate a kitchen with up to date appliances and cookware. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. It is the best experience I have had with a VRBO stay. I would love to visit again."

"What a unique and memorable stay! We had such a wonderful stay. My son loved all the farm animals. He was invited to help feed all the animals during the nightly “chores”. This was certainly the highlight of our trip. I can’t thank the family enough for their hospitality and willingness to allow us to enjoy all their beautiful animals. "
