Situated in picturesque Carrickalinga Rise, just a short walk from the beach this beautifully designed house will satisfy the most fastidious guests and will have you coming back time and time again!
This home is located on the high side of Carrickalinga, a short walk from the beach and only a couple of minutes drive from the township of Normanville, set in a private enclave of prized holiday homes, being only an hours comfortable drive from the capital city of Adelaide.
Floor to near ceiling windows run the length of the home on the ocean side, making for beautiful views and amazing sunsets, also allowing an abundance of light to flood the home. Large sliding doors open out to the extensive balcony, making a seamless transition to alfresco living.
Tastefully decorated with quality finishing touches, Featuring four generous sized bedrooms (two with ensuite) to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably, three full bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, and numerous outdoor areas to sit back and relax. Fully appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, island bench, ample storage, open plan to the dining and lounge area (including a large 65 inch flat screen smart TV) taking in views from all angles!
The beautiful master bedroom comes complete with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, ensuite, and direct access to the front balcony. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs are made up of another queen, two sets of bunks complete with ceiling fans.
Downstairs (external staircase) you will find another king-size bedroom complete with its own ensuite, and ceiling fan.

Enjoy the tranquil surroundings with the distant sound of crashing waves and animals wandering the rolling hills. In the surroundings outside enjoy the tranquility, that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles.
Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea, ever-changing surf and a township squeezed between the hillside and the pristine dunes.
The beach is strikingly clean with clear water and fine white sand. It is a very popular beach for families, especially loved by children who explore the ever-changing rock pool formations and watch keenly for a passing pod of dolphins.

There is no shortage of local activities.
It is only a 5 minute drive to Normanville and to the Links Lady Bay Golf Course featuring fine dining for lunch or dinner. Another 10 minutes further south you will reach Wirrina Hotel and Golf Course, where you will likely share the course with kangaroos! There are also several local wineries boasting a broad selection of wines to taste, plus the popular Smiling Samoyed boutique brewery at nearby Myponga. Fishing and diving are also very popular in this area or you can enjoy horse riding along the beautiful Normanville Beach.

Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel
