Here you will find the timeless charm of an atypical accommodation. A nice triplex which will open its doors to you after a very fluid arrival thanks to the private parking located below.
Here we are ... The holidays begin, the sea view terrace promises you every morning the sunrise behind the Giens peninsula. On one level, overlooking the terrace is the kitchen / dining room where you can cook your meals to the sound of the waves which run aground on the rocky beaches of the Bau Rouge accessible by a private staircase within the residence.
The upstairs, cozy and crossing, is ideal for resting in the freshness of the stones of this old mining building. On the same level, the small mezzanine will be perfect for accommodating 2 children in a pull-out bed.
Finally, take advantage of being a little out of the way on the top floor, on the large mezzanine where there is the parental bed and a skylight to admire the sky and feel the freshness of the nights of the south.
