Villa Martina is a big holiday home with swimming pool in the countryside near Carovigno, for 11 guests, ideal for a relaxing holiday in Puglia. The villa is equipped with accessories such as swimming pool and solarium, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, barbecue, fireplace, baby cot, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, parking area, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets. Small pets are allowed.

The holiday home in the countryside is characterized by a Mediterranean style and it`s cozy. In the big garden there are the swimming pool with beach umbrellas and beach beds, a gazebo with dining area and another gazebo with wicker lounge chairs.
The villa opens into a living room under a beautiful star-vaulted ceiling, with sofas and fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen is reachable by a small staircase. Moreover, there is a half bath.
The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, with independent entrances and doors with lock. Moreover, it is possible to add 3 more bed accommodations. Two double bedrooms are communicating, divided by a door.

Villa Martina is in Carovigno, a few kilometers away from the city centre. The town, with a lovely old town centre, is characterized by many amenities, trattorias and cafès. The villa is 8 kilometers away from the closest seaside location: Torre Santa Sabina. The nature reserve of Torre Guaceto is 13 kilometers away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 15 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra of euro 250.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Mosquito nets just in the bedrooms.
- The fifth bathroom is just a service toilet.
