Bina House is a lovely 6-bed vacation home in Torre Santa Sabina, with the beach located just 100 meters away and also within walking distance.
The newly built house in modern style is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, outdoor shower, TV, mosquito nets and hair dryer. Pets allowed.

The Bina House vacation home is on two levels. The entrance is into a spacious courtyard. On the ground floor is the living area consisting of dining room with open kitchen and living room with double sofa bed and TV. A large window overlooks the inner courtyard where dining is possible.
From the living room stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with single beds. There are, finally, 2 full shower rooms. You can also go up to the terrace from which you can see the sea.

Bina House is a nice solution for family vacations, a stone`s throw from the sea and close to the most picturesque and renowned villages of the Valle d`Itria.
Torre Santa Sabina overlooks the Adriatic Sea, located just 30 minutes from beautiful Polignano a Mare. The resort is characterized by fine sandy beaches and low, walkable cliffs, as well as a clean, transparent sea.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
