Borgo Maresca is a luxury villa with swimming pool and trulli for 12 guests,
for holidays in Carovigno, in a magical and poetic property that
regenerates your senses. The villa is divided into two units: a trullo
with lamia for 4 guests and an annex in a trullo for 2 guests.
In addition to the beautiful swimming pool with solarium, in the garden of the property there are a furnished gazebo ideal at lunch or dinner, a built-in barbecue, outdoor kitchenette, built-in sofas with cushions. Moreover, the villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, tv and hair-dryer.
Borgo Maresca accommodates up to 12 guests. Pets are not allowed.

The
luxury villa with trulli and swimming pool Borgo Maresca is in a big
and well-kept property that is entirely fenced and framed by the green
vegetation and the olive trees of the Itria Valey. 
The original trulli with
lamie, which are renovated and equipped with many accessories, are
furnished in harmony with the context. The two trulli are adjacent but
independent.
There are 5 double bedrooms. The kitchen is outside but, in the event of bad weather, there are two hobs in the house.

The surroundings of Borgo Maresca in Carovigno
Borgo Maresca is in Carovigno,
in the Itria Valley. It`s 8 kilometers away from the Adriatic sea and
the beaches of Santa Sabina. It`s also near the Protected Marine Area of
Torre Guaceto, a paradise for the nature lovers.
The villa is near other beautiful towns of the Itria Valley, such as Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Locorotondo.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 15 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Just small size pets are allowed. Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The kitchen is outside.
