"Lovely room, nice cozy bed with microwave coffee pot and fridge. Beautifully appointed. Could have used a chair or love seat to sit on while watching TV instead of having to sit or lay on the bed. Close to public tram and restaurants. Loved our stay. "

"Huge wow factor when you come in. It’s a recently converted 130 year old school with high ceilings and beautiful rooms. Fully outfitted to cook your own meals. A three minute walk to the Canal Streetcar. Came with a family of four. Gated for additional safety. Free parking onsite. Gym downstairs is two treadmills and a bunch of barbells and some benches - all you need. 100% would stay here any time we are in the city, especially if staying for a week or more."

"With so many good hotel options in New Orleans, Melrose Mansion was a fantastic surprise. Private free parking, excellent location near the busiest part but a paradise, big room , nice swimming pool, free breakfast and light drinks!! Not very common in USA… the staff fantastic. We remember the sympathy and friendly Brian… always there!! We will be back even from very far as we are in Europe… thanks a lot for such an experience!!"
"The elevator was dirty, smelled terrible. Someone out there finger print and smear something all over the walls. The bathroom no tub. The view was terrible, I couldn't tell if it was sunny outside or rain. No room cleaning neither for the first day. In my opinion, it need several upgrades from tile on elevator floor and more. The rooftop was dirty with trash and cigarettes butts every where. I couldn't believe what I saw. "

Estacionamento eficiente porém CARÍSSIMO , já sabíamos e aceitamos , mas é absurdo o valor de 45 dólares por dia . "
"The Hotel Olivier was the perfect choice for our stay in New Orleans. Its best feature is its staff-they were very accommodating, gave tours of the historic building, and wonderful tips to visit. If you want squeaky new hotel with no personality, go somewhere else. Olivier has historic charm and the scratches that go with it. Loved it. We will return. "

"Pull out bed sucked. It was very uncomfortable and the springs were were quite prominent when laying on it. Not to mention it was hard to move or get into a comfortable sleeping position. You need to replace the mattress and provide a topper. Because you provide the sofa bed as a sleeping option then it should be just as comfortable as the other sleeping amenities. "
