Welcome to Carolina Skies, a brand new, high-end luxury town home with plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy the ocean views! From the quartz counter tops to the shiplap walls, everything including the furnishings are brand new! The living room has hardwood floors, a queen size sleeper sofa, additional chairs for seating, and a large 55" flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen/dining area has a large center island with seating for six, plus a 42" round table with four chairs. Our laundry area has a large energy-efficient stackable washer and dryer and added counter space.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, wall mounted Smart TV, and sliders out onto a large ocean facing deck with lounge chairs and breakfast table. The bathroom has a tub/shower with custom tile surround and glass doors. The second bedroom has a queen bed and wall mounted Smart TV. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a wall mounted Smart TV. It also has sliders out onto a deck with spiral stairs leading up to the rooftop patio.

The rooftop is the place to be - over 1,000 sq ft of space with a sectional, chairs and chaise lounges. A speaker with Bluetooth, and a cooler for your cold drinks. Relax and enjoy the warm ocean breeze while having lunch and a cold drink. You'll feel as though you're on top of the world!

The garage fits two cars and a third car can be parked in the driveway. Right next to the building is a private walkway to the beach. This town home is close to the Ocean & Grill & Tiki Bar restaurant, an easy walk on the beach to great fish tacos and cocktails! The Carolina Beach boardwalk area with its restaurants, live music, and summer fireworks is just a short 10-minute walk along the beach.

We provide the bed sheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, blankets, and beach towels.

Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM
This is a no smoking, no pets property.
You must be at last 25 years old to enter into a rental contract

This was our home away from home for our annual beach vacation with our son and his family of four. This property was incredibleā€¦ private two car garage, multiple decks, views of the ocean, easy and well maintained access to the beach, great outdoor shower, comfortable beds, quality supplies (towels, bedding, dishes, beach chairs, and even a garage door remote for our car). We were blown away with the condition and quality of the property and amenities and service provided. Truly felt like a welcomed guest in someoneā€™s home. It did not feel like we were staying in a rental property at all. Huge thank you to the owners and property manager!

The property is beautiful. Very tasteful, well stocked, modern and stylish home. The location was great, only about a 45 second walk (on a private walkway) and your toes are in the sand. There are beach/ocean views all over. The home worked great for our family of 9. There were plenty of beach chairs, which were fantastic to have, as well as beach towels. We loved everything about this stay!

We enjoyed a long weekend adult ladies trip with friends. Plenty of space for our group of 6. We loved the outdoor spaces on the 2nd level as well as the rooftop. Perfect spot for dinner, drinks, and sunset. Loved the proximity to the beach, just steps away! We cooked in one night, ordered takeout another, and dinner out our last night. We enjoyed lunch at Ocean Beach Tiki Bar, Nikki for takeout Chinese, and Havanaā€™s for dinner out. Thankful for the unit being so well stocked with all the necessities. Very clean, modern, and well decorated. We would absolutely stay here again!

What a great place to stay and just steps from the beach! The rooftop has amazing views and a great place to just enjoy reading, napping or just watching the tide roll in. The place was very clean and it was really nice to have a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The ping pong table was fun during one of the rainy days. The beach chairs were handy to have so we didnā€™t have to rent them. Overall, a very enjoyable time away with our kids and granddaughter!

This was my first experience with a rental vacation home and let me just say, I don't know if I'll ever stay in a hotel again! The location was immaculately clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was likewise neat and friendly. The property management team communicated quickly and thoroughly. No complaints about this rental at all.

Our family had a great birthday long weekend at this property and a wonderful time. Very clean, well stocked and beautiful, we loved both balconies. Plus a very responsive management reply when one of the local keypads wasn't working, they do go above and beyond as we communicated before our trip as well!!šŸ‘šŸ„° Thanks for making my b-day fabulous. This house is built in a way that maximizes itā€™s space. The property has a small footprint that is built upwards. There is a nice small balcony on the second level and a large balcony on the third level that is fun to use for views, sunning, and relaxing.

Our family of 5 had a great time at the property. Views were amazing from all 3 levels with a short walk to the beach. House was very comfortable for our group and accommodations were first class. Had all of the amenities we needed and property manager was very responsive when we reached out. Would highly recommend the property and would definitely look to stay there again on a future visit.

Not your typical Carolina Beach house - this modern super clean home is well equipped for a family vacation. We had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Amazing sunsets from the rooftop deck!
