Hogan's Place Oceanfront Offers Spectacular View and Completely Renovated Unit

Our non-smoking second floor unit has the best southern view at Coral Surf. It will make you want to stop everything you are doing to sit and take in the spectacular panoramic view of the Atlantic ocean from our open uncovered private balcony. Our completely renovated unit includes brand new kitchen and 2 full baths. The kitchen has everything you will need, two kinds of coffee makers, blender, toaster and all your dining essentials. The 2 bedrooms and open living room with pullout sofa bed come with smart televisions and is spacious enough to accommodate 6 guests. Our unit also has its own private laundry with full size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board. Our unit has now been celebrated with over 150 5 star reviews! You will be walking distance to Carolina Beach's beautiful boardwalk, shops, restaurants and the beautiful Lake Park where there is a walking path and playground. Coral Surf has it's own private beach access and swimming pool literally outside the front door. The pool season runs from some time in May to sometime in October. For your convenience all linens are included with extra sheets and beach towels. Our unit also provides all the essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, garbage bags, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishwasher tablets, and hair dryers. There are beach chairs, and beach toys provided in your own private ground floor storage closet with room for your own beach, golf and fishing items. Call today 973-907-0409 to enjoy this beautiful destination. We also offer discounted long term winter rentals upon request. Designated parking for 1-2 CARS ( please check last photo for parking spots ). No pets, no elevator, not handicap accessible and absolutely No Smoking, Vaping or grilling anywhere on the premises, fines will be implemented per incident. If someone needs to smoke or Vape they will have to go to the beach or the street. Golf carts, scooters, bikes and any other chargeable electric devices are not allowed to be charged at Coral Surf unit E2. You may have an electric golf cart, however, must be charged off premises. At the end of the photo gallery please read HOA rules and check parking arrangement before booking your stay.

Gorgeous view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen, extra sheets, blankets and towels, and lots of included necessities. The hosts are very personable, helpful and responsive.

Great communication, they even text me a week before check-in to make sure we didn’t need any extra accommodations. The only problem I had is that we didn’t stay longer lol.We will definitely be back.

Everything we wanted was provided in a beautiful, very well maintained condo. The location was perfect, not only for the fabulous view, but for all of the close merchants. Walking easily for everything we wanted, we were not even tempted to get in the car and drive anywhere. We highly recommend you give Tim a hollar if you are planning a stay at Carolina beach!

This unit was clean and the location was great. Easy access to the beach, an easy walk to the Boardwalk and restaurants. All our supply needs were met. Easy and timely communication with the owners. Nice sunrise and sunsets.

Hogan’s Place was perfect for our vacation with 2 couples. Having the 2 beautiful bedrooms with their own connected baths was great and quite unique. The condo was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The view of the beach and ocean was incredible! It was so nice to have Tim and his wife meet us upon arrival to walk us through the condo and discuss things to do. They were the best hosts we could imagine! Highly recommend for a delightful beach getaway and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Vacation Spot

The moment we arrived, we felt right at home with personally meeting Mr. Hogan. The view is unbelievable, the location is close to everything, and the ease of getting to the pool and beach is perfect. We have no complaints and can’t wait to come back next year. (We also really appreciated the koozies and use them all the time!)

Amazing place. Great host. We are used to a check in process that doesn’t involve meeting the host in person. That wasn’t the case here. As a result, we had to coordinate arrival time. Usually, we get a door code and aren’t constrained on arrival time. Nonetheless, the host was wonderful. And the property is amazing. You should stay here.

Amazing

Communication was clear. The place was very clean and well taken care of. We thought we absolutely had the best condo in the unit. Second floor overlooking the beach with a very comfortable deck to relax on. Easy access to the beach (which was never really crowded).The breeze, the ocean, the sand and a lovely (cool ) place to chill after a day at the beach!Would 100% stay here again! Thanks Tim for the wonderful hospitality!!

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We also enjoyed that there were so many places, between restaurants, bars, the boardwalk and stores, within walking distance. This was literally the most relaxing vacation spot we have ever been to, and we felt completely at home.

The place was super clean and so close to the beach. Spotted a few dolphins !The owner was very responsive and helped us out quickly as the wifi went down for a moment. (They got the company to get it back working promptly after we noticed it was down)I highly recommend staying here ! We were a group of 3 and found it very comfortable.

Perfect place to unwind listening to the ocean. Everything looks new. We loved sitting on the little balcony and taking in the sights and sounds of the beach. Lots of food options within walking distance as well. The mattress didn't quite work for us, but that would be our only con.

Tim and Deb are great host and their condo is perfect! Very clean, great views of the Ocean, walking distance to Boardwalk! We had a great trip and will definitely be back to Hogans Place!

Great little condo

My friend and I really enjoyed staying here while exploring Carolina Beach. The location couldn’t have been better. The view was beautiful. It was clean and had everything we needed plus extras. The owners were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
