Hogan's Place Oceanfront Offers Spectacular View and Completely Renovated Unit

Our non-smoking second floor unit has the best southern view at Coral Surf. It will make you want to stop everything you are doing to sit and take in the spectacular panoramic view of the Atlantic ocean from our open uncovered private balcony. Our completely renovated unit includes brand new kitchen and 2 full baths. The kitchen has everything you will need, two kinds of coffee makers, blender, toaster and all your dining essentials. The 2 bedrooms and open living room with pullout sofa bed come with smart televisions and is spacious enough to accommodate 6 guests. Our unit also has its own private laundry with full size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board. Our unit has now been celebrated with over 100 5 star reviews! You will be walking distance to Carolina Beach's beautiful boardwalk, shops, restaurants and the beautiful Lake Park where there is a walking path and paddle boat rides. Coral Surf has it's own private beach access and swimming pool literally outside the front door. The pool season runs from some time in May to sometime in October. For your convenience all linens are included with extra sheets and beach towels. Our unit also provides all the essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, garbage bags, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishwasher tablets, and hair dryers. There are beach chairs, and beach toys provided in your own private ground floor storage closet with room for your own beach, golf and fishing items. Designated parking for 1-2 CARS ( please check last photo for parking spots ). No pets, no elevator, not handicap accessible and absolutely No Smoking, Vaping or grilling anywhere on the premises, fines will be implemented per incident. If someone needs to smoke or Vape they will have to go to the beach or the street. Golf carts, scooters, bikes and any other chargeable electric devices are not allowed to be charged at Coral Surf unit E2. You may have an electric golf cart, however, must be charged off premises. At the end of the photo gallery please read HOA rules and check parking arrangement before booking your stay.

Amazing

Communication was clear. The place was very clean and well taken care of. We thought we absolutely had the best condo in the unit. Second floor overlooking the beach with a very comfortable deck to relax on. Easy access to the beach (which was never really crowded).The breeze, the ocean, the sand and a lovely (cool ) place to chill after a day at the beach!Would 100% stay here again! Thanks Tim for the wonderful hospitality!!

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We also enjoyed that there were so many places, between restaurants, bars, the boardwalk and stores, within walking distance. This was literally the most relaxing vacation spot we have ever been to, and we felt completely at home.

The place was super clean and so close to the beach. Spotted a few dolphins !The owner was very responsive and helped us out quickly as the wifi went down for a moment. (They got the company to get it back working promptly after we noticed it was down)I highly recommend staying here ! We were a group of 3 and found it very comfortable.

Perfect place to unwind listening to the ocean. Everything looks new. We loved sitting on the little balcony and taking in the sights and sounds of the beach. Lots of food options within walking distance as well. The mattress didn't quite work for us, but that would be our only con.

Great little condo

Super Nice!

The listing was detailed and accurate and the real deal was even better! For our time at Hogan's Place, the weather was beautiful, and the beach and neighborhood were peaceful. Sitting in the living room seemed just like an extension of the deck - just as pictured! The owners clean the unit themselves, and we couldn't have asked for it to be any better. They reached out before check-in, and continued to make themselves available for any questions or problems. We were on a sisters' trip so separate bedrooms, queen beds, and 2 full bathrooms were ideal. Thank you for "sharing" your piece (and peace) of Carolina Beach with us!

The BEST Getaway

We loved this place. The location (right on the beach - and an end-unit!), the warm hospitality of TJ and Debbie (even though we are Washington fans and they are Giants fans!! LOL), and the well-stocked and homey decor - this place was a TOUCHDOWN for our one night away to head to the aquarium. Highly recommend!!

A Slice of Heaven

Two sisters of a seasoned age spent a weekend in October at Carolina Beach and were very fortunate to do so at Hogan’s Place. The Hogans are gracious hosts, meeting us when we arrived and giving us a quick tour of their condo. It is everything as listed on VRBO and then some - clever beach theme throughout, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings and beds, and even a welcome basket! The deck has an expansive view of the ocean, as the condo is an end unit, and the sunrises are simply amazing. Carolina Beach is an old school beach town - restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the condo, as well as a boardwalk a short drive away. We had a weekend we will long remember! A big thanks to the Logans for sharing this bit of heaven on earth with us - we so enjoyed meeting you!

Great Stay at Hogan's Place

This oceanfront condo is situated on a quiet one-way street and was perfect for my friend and me. Most 2BR condos do not have two queen beds (one BR is usually 2 twins) - so it was great to each have an adult bed and our own bathrooms. The place was very clean and our communication with Tim was great. Highly recommend this condo!
