BRAND NEW Steps From The Sand

This BRAND NEW (built September 2022) duplex is located approximately 0.1 miles from the beach and equipped with anything you might need for your perfect beach stay. All you need is yourself and your suitcase! Smart TV's with YouTube TV in every room and space for the entire family! Free driveway parking for 4 mid-sized vehicles + 1 in the garage.

Main Entrance to Home
Garage: Parking for 1 car
Laundry Room: Full washer and dryer + ironing board set
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, Smart TV with YouTube TV, sound machine, desk, computer monitor, office chair
Guest Bedroom: Full over Full Bunk with Twin Trundle. **Maximum weight limit for each level of the bunk is 250 pounds**, Smart TV with YouTube TV, sound machine
Bathroom: Full Bath with tub and shower
Backyard: Fully fenced with grill (propane not guaranteed), patio furniture, and outdoor shower

Level 2:
Kitchen: Stocked with cooking supplies, dining and glassware, duel Keurig k-cup and drip, toaster, blender, fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, large pantry, island with seating for 4, table with seating for 7
Living Room: Large sectional with queen pullout, 55" Smart TV with YouTube TV, board and card games
Covered Balcony: Access from the living room, seating for 4 people, ceiling fan, and table
Bathroom: Half bath in hallway
Primary Bedroom: King bed, 2 walk-in closets, attached bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower with waterfall, Smart TV with YouTube TV, sound machine

Parking for 5 cars: Driveway 4 cars/Garage 1 car

The place was as described, very clean, had everything we needed, and so close to the beach. We made use of the provided beach chairs. The master bed and pillows were very comfortable. The fenced yard was perfect to keep our dogs safe and contained. The host is signed in to major streaming platforms which is also very nice. It was perfect! Thanks for having us.

Our first ever N.C. Beach Vacay

We had SO much fun in this rental. It was spacious enough that we could all spread out and have our own space at times. The spacious living room and kitchen meant that we could have big meals all together and then relax with a movie or enjoy drinks on the porch. Our other family members had a condo down the street a ways so we were able to host them for dinners very comfortably. My favorite part of this rental was the spacious kitchen and living room and the hosts responded right away to any questions I had. I highly recommend this beach house! Oh and the walk to the beach was so easy and they had all the chairs and an umbrella and buckets for the kiddos!
I highly recommend Cape Fear Boil Company!

Perfect getaway at Carolina beach

Wonderful stay for our weekend getaway. Perfect that we could bring our dogs along. It has a fenced yard which was so convenient and an added bonus! Walking distance to the beach and well maintained property. Will definitely be back soon for another stay!

Beautiful property

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was clean and exactly as described. They thought of everything from the baby gate to a variety of kitchen appliances. We’ll definitely return for another stay.

Easy walk to beach

The walk to the beach is easy. The house was clean, and had everything you could need. The hosts were super quick to answer questions. Lots of extra towels, and pillows if needed. The fenced in yard was great for our pets

Amazing first trip to the Carolina coast!

This was such a beautiful property walking distance to the beach! We visited from California for a family vacation & will totally be back! The house was equipped with everything we needed & even had accommodations for our 18month old! Sarah & Trevor we’re always so responsive before and during our stay :)

Sparkling clean, new and within a 5 minute walk to the beach.

This brand new property was very clean and nicely furnished. We did not lack anything. The main bedroom, kitchen and living space are upstairs. The main bedroom has great closets and a very nice bath with double sinks. The downstairs bedrooms have great closets and TVs. There is a washer/dryer. Owners provide extra bath towels and beach towels. Beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and a beach buggy are also provided. We LOVED the fenced in yard for the dogs—they even had dog bowls for them. The walk to the beach is under five minutes and the buggy greatly helps to carry all the accoutrements needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location

We stayed the better part of a week and found the Sandy Swordfish as advertised. The kitchen was well appointed, and the over all condition of the rental was excellent. Since we had Sasha, out long haired dachshund, the fenced back yard was especially nice to have. We utilized the gas grill and hung out on the deck. Trevor and Sarah have really put in the effort to make us feel at home and it was appreciated. I recommend this rental whole-heartily.

Beautiful New Construction Beach Rental

My wife and I decided to visit Carolina Beach for the first time and we couldn’t have been happier with the location and the new construction beach rental. Located just a few blocks from the beach, the rental unit was spotless and everything we needed was provided. We loved the floor plan with the main living space, kitchen, and master bedroom/ bath on the second floor with two additional bedrooms and an additional bath on the first floor. A great setup for families with kids. Communication with the hosts could not have been better. We actually decided to extend our stay a few days and the email I sent to inquire about a few extra days was responded to immediately. We honestly could not have asked for a better rental unit, better hosts, and better communication. We will definitely be back!👍

Beautiful place!

This is one of the best rentals that we have ever had when coming to Carolina Beach, and we come down multiple times every year. Brand new, well designed and thought out. Nice features. INCREDIBLY comfortable beds. Short walk to the beach. Can't think of a single negative thing to say about this property!!

We had the opportunity to stay for several days. It was so nice to arrive to a very clean, new and well equipped home! Our Best Vacation Rental Experience Ever

PERFECTION AND AMAZING My wife and I were blown away by not only the perfection of our rental abode, but equally the thought and care that the owners put in to make sure everything is perfect. The rental was so perfectly located near the ocean. Also so many little things that were so great like a spacious garage that we could park our car and close the garage door. All the little things were in place. Everything was new. Password to wifi, You-Tube TV, Streaming apps such as Hulu, Netflix, Pandora, Amazon Prime, etc. Trevor and Sarah were so kind and attentive. We cant wait to come back again!

Amazing experience. Brand new built property. The welcome packet that was received was very thorough and detailed. Quick response from owners. The layout worked perfect for our family. Easy walk to the beach. The rainfall shower in the main bedroom was the cherry on top. I would highly suggest this place to anyone.

Would Stay Again

Good property, newly renovated, in a good location. Easy access via Dow Rd/Ocean Rd to bypass the boardwalk area. Less than 5 mins walk to the ocean. Plenty of hot water to support 5 adults and 2 kids. Great fenced back yard for dogs was a big plus.
