"Great unit! Spacious and clean. We were able to have the best family mini vacay sharing tons of laughs and memories. I believe it is family owned, which is a bonus for us. We even crossed paths with the grandmother who was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the neighborhood looked a bit rough in the harsh light of day. However, we only encountered polite neighbors and an adorable doggo next door."

"The manager had unbelievable communication. He has his phone with him constantly and responds immediately. It's a good walking neighborhood lots of sidewalks and pleasant surroundings. The condo itself is exceptionally clean. For the price in that neighborhood it is a very good value."

"I was attending a conference at the Donald Stephens Convention Center and this location was very convenient to both the event and numerous food/shopping options. Worked out very well and the property manager was easy to communicate with through the process."

"The stay here was great. It was a very clean condo and mostly comfortable. The only thing was that the bed could have been a little more soft, but that is my preference. Everything else was perfect. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions."

"The check in process was easy. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint would be there was no house number on the outside of the house. So I had to call to verify we were at the correct house because I did not want to attempt to open a door to a wrong house."

The Owner confirmed the reservation and on the day of the rental I sent them a note about getting access to the property and they informed me they rented to some one else and that I should call VRBO for a refund. They accepted the money then stated they forgot about my rental. Do not rent from this owner! However so far CRBO is backing up their promise."

"We were in need of a place to stay that had a little more room than a hotel room. Viewing the pictures online I thought this would be a great place. Small apartment but had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately the listing did not say it was on the 2nd floor. I am disabled and my mother in law is 80. Not the best situation. When we got upstairs it was 80 degrees in the apartment. There were no ceiling fans or air-conditioning. When I reached out to the owner she...
