"Staff very helpful Food good, great to get home cooked meals, and not all the usual chain microwaved / boil in the bag meals. Only down side can be a bit noisey, we were the room directly above the bar, with it being so hot we had to have our windows open so my little boy struggled getting to sleep, after the first night we kinda got used to the train noises and the noisy banter outside the front of the pub. "The location was perfect, right at the top with easy access to all of the city. It had an amazing view and was quite quaint. The service was top notch. "Unfortunately, our room has not been cleaned at all throughout our stay at the hotel which is three nights. There is a constant never ending ticking (like drops of water or something) from the outside room 137 which never ends at night. Prevents you from falling asleep."
