"What a terrific spot! The bar was comfy, and cosy; the room clean, and tastefully decorated with a comfy bed, and wonderful view of the viaduct and Whernside. And, the fish & chips - exceptional! For us, the staff made our stay, Will, Courtney, Angela, & Val, couldn't do enough for us, despite a very busy bank holiday weekend. Thank you, we had a great evening and a cracking breakfast to boot."

"What a great stay. Kevin and Maria were very attentive, warm, and hospitable. This was our first night in UK after a long flight and felt like home. The accommodations were very nice and the king room was so cozy. The bed slept great and had everything we needed. The breakfast was first class but also made us feel like we were staying with family! Thanks for the great stay."

"The staff could not have been more helpful. Hotel is in a beautiful place, just moments from the shoreline. The room was lovely and quirky and the breakfast was one of the best we have had on our travels. Thank you."

"The staff were attentive to our needs. We ate there on the second night of our stay. They food was lovely and hot when served. We did not wait for too long from ordering to getting our food. There were limitations on what we could have both on the food and drink side due to delivery issues. My and I were are aware that there was music being played when we went to bed, but I did not really interfere with us getting to sleep. Eat plugs were provided which my wife used. The pay and display car park...

"Met expectations. Host provided selections teas coffee, milk and bread.
The flat was clean and tidy.
The flat was in a good location, opposite a train station.
Only annoyance was the standing water in shower which didn’t drain well.
Definitely would stay again."

"Clean, modern (but not too modern) and well-kept. Bed was comfortable with a great shower. Clearly recently renovated, excellent amenities. Dinner and breakfast both very good!"
