"Absolutely beautiful home. Perfect for my large family to get together. Beautiful spot on the lake in a cove but right next to the main channel and about a 3 minute ride to bait ramp and 5 minutes to the marina. Dock was perfect and an easy walk from the house. Basement area an added bonus with plenty of space for everyone. "

"We loved it!!! Everything was clean, the floors, kitchen, bathrooms, beds and linens and towels all spotless. Natalie was wonderful!! When the remote didn’t work she was quick to bring another one. "We had such a fun relaxing time. Unfortunately the water was down but the host did tell me at that time of year it would be down. That didn’t keep us from having so much fun though! The hot tub was nice, the screened in porch was amazing in the mornings while I had my coffee, we all really enjoyed the theater room, pool table, & foosball. It was very clean & had everything you would need ."

"We really enjoyed our stay on Lake Hartwell. The home was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Drinking our coffee in the morning on the boat dock, watching the sun rise and the fish jump was a wonderful way to start the day. Great location between Greenville and Atlanta with easy access to the upcountry. Peter was very prompt with communications and very accommodating with check-in and check-out times. We would highly recommend his cottage on the lake!"

"It was a nice place, had everything you would need, inside appearance was clean and no bugs inside.My only complaints was that a few of the sheets smelled like dog, (but that’s coming from us who don’t have inside animals) and the grass was not cut. "

"The house was very comfortable, clean and well-equiped with cooking utensils, etc. The walk to the lake was a bit of a trek for an 80 year old with a bad leg, but not bad. The walkway was clean and make the slope manageable. The dock was very nice! Loved the swing and seating on the dock. Would definitely rent again."

"This is a beautiful place on Lake Hartwell...very clean. Owners communicated very well. Close to I85 but not too close. We stayed here for a long weekend and a UGA football game. Access to Athens was extremely easy coming from the North. Family flew in and out of Greenville SC which is only an hour away. Nice to avoid Atlanta traffic. Lavonia and Hartwell not too far away with grocery stores, restaurants, etc."
