We are opening the rental of our freshly renovated house, in the heart of Carnac bourg, a stone's throw from the shops and 15 minutes walk from the beaches and the alignments. House with 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 (beds of 160), very well equipped (linen provided (bed and toilet), beds made on your arrival, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine..). Accommodation: Our house is ideally located in the center of the village, in the quiet of an alley, 50 meters from the tourist office and close to shops (bakery, pharmacy 60 meters away, Intermarché 400 meters away). With a surface area of 105 m² on 2 floors, it includes a 40 m² courtyard with barbecue, parasol and garden furniture, table and chairs for your outdoor meals as well as a bicycle room. It has 4 independent bedrooms with beds of 160 (beds made on your arrival). On the first floor: you will find a living room dining room with open kitchen (37 M2), a separate toilet, and a bedroom with private bathroom (bath). On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, a shower room with toilet, and a TV lounge opening onto the balcony of 5 m2. On the 2nd floor, another bedroom with a bed of 160 and a bed of 90. Linen is provided (beds and towels). The house, comfortable, is very well equipped. Free parking is available 200 meters away. The alignments and the large beach of Carnac are only a 15-minute walk away. Passenger access: Parking for the disabled 20 meters from the house. From 5 July to 30 August 2025, a shuttle service (Carnavette) is offered by the town to get you to the central points of Carnac: accommodation, menhirs, town centre, beaches, Tourist Office. These shuttles run 7 days a week, including public holidays, from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 7.30 pm.
