The entire main part of a semi-detached villa, totally independent from its twin and the ground floor apartment, large flowered terrace hidden from the road by a high wall and large gate. WiFi.

- Kitchen (9.86m²) with refrigerator, 4-ring gas cooker, dishwasher.

- Pantry with washing machine. Separate WC.

First floor via staircase from the living room:

- A bedroom of 9m² with 2 single beds (90 cm), French doors onto balcony.

- A bedroom of 9m² with 1 bed 140 cm, French doors onto balcony.

- A bedroom of 11.60m² with 1 bed 140 cm, 1 single bed (90 cm), sink.

- Bathroom with sink, bidet, bathtub.

- Independent WC.

Deposit: €450 to be paid on site

Charges: electricity included from June to September, on meter reading outside this period

Tourist tax: to be paid on site

Animal: 1 animal only admitted (€25 supplement)

Linen not provided: possibility of rental at additional cost

End of stay cleaning to be done yourself or forfait at additional cost.
