The large, bright 80 m² living room features a fireplace, an extendable dining table, and a brand-new open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, 2 fridges including 1 with freezer). Two private gardens: one at the back, secluded, with a terrace, loungers, table, chairs, and barbecue; the other, facing south, is also enclosed and offers stunning views of the fields.



The house has a bathroom, 2 shower rooms (1 on the ground floor, 1 upstairs), 2 toilets, and 5 bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor, independent, with stove and TV).



The carefully decorated bedrooms have single beds (can be joined) and double beds. A large bedroom has 4 bunk beds, ideal for children. Each room has closets or wardrobes. Except for the bunk beds, all mattresses are new. Bed linen and towels can be rented for an extra fee.



A baby kit is available on request: high chair, travel cot, bathtub. Also available: washing machine, dryer, WiFi, Hi-Fi system (with Bluetooth).



For children and adults: a large trampoline in the garden and board games.
