Welcome to this quiet loft near Carmona, which sleeps 4 people.
The exterior is ideal for enjoying a relaxing holiday with your companions, as it has a large garden area where you can relax in the fresh air. In the garden, you will find a shared chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 12 metres long by 4.50 metres wide and a depth of between 1.20m and 1.90m. Before entering the house, a beautiful Andalusian style patio welcomes you, offering the perfect place to relax with a good book or simply enjoy the fresh air.

The interior of the property, distributed over one floor, begins with an open plan area where you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. You can relax in the armchairs watching movies on the Smart TV in the evening. When it's time to eat, you can cook delicious dishes in the ceramic hob equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay, and enjoy the delicious food with your companions at the dining table. As for the rooms, the house has two bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed and the second with two single beds, both with wardrobes. A complete bathroom with shower serves the whole house. There is a centralized A/C system so that all the rooms have A/C. Finally, there is a washing machine for your use during your stay.

Carmona is a beautiful town located in Seville. Its rich history and impressive architecture make it a popular tourist destination where its main points of interest are La Alcázar de la Puerta de Sevilla; a beautiful Moorish style castle that stands at the entrance to the city and offers spectacular views, and La Puerta de Córdoba; which is an impressive gateway to the city and a magnificent example of Spanish Renaissance architecture. Just 30km away, you can visit the city of Seville, where you will find a variety of activities and places to visit as well as a wide range of bars and restaurants where you can sample the rich and varied Andalusian gastronomy.

Please note that the pool is not fenced, so extra attention is recommended if you are travelling with children. Additionally, this accommodation does not provide a cot or high chair.
The common areas, such as the pool, garden and chapel, are shared with the owner and other guests.
