"We enjoyed our stay for three guests and a dog at Daniel's property. The description of treehouse retreat fits it well. It is a bit of a distance up from the city, but that is accurately explained. Be ready for curvy roads. He mentioned in his instructions cell service would be lost and the directive to download instructions and map for offline use are very important to follow. It isn't somewhere you can just happen to find. Only one thing was a bit unsatisfactory. Bath towels were still in the...

"Beautiful property with river access. It’s a great place for a peaceful getaway. It’s fairly remote so plan to bring your own food along."

"Great communication, clean areas, two TVs to use freely."

"The house was perfect for my family as we were in town for a family wedding. My only wish was checkout would be easier if it was at 11:00am. However, we did beat the traffic getting back to the Bay Area leaving earlier."

"Everything is so accurate. Noelle is extremely responsive and the house has all you need. Will come back!!"

"The house is excellent. It was clean, had a full assortment of kitchen pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The bedrooms are large and the neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. The location is excellent and close to everything from Highway 1, to Carmel Bay, and downtown. Wi-Fi was excellent. The fourth bedroom is an add-on in a casita outside the back door. The host contacts you immediately for any questions you have (he overnighted us dishwasher tabs as we were low). Would highly...

"Sean & Wendy’s home was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a small reunion in Monterey! It had enough space for all of us, was close to the attractions we planned on visiting, walkable distance to a park, and was located in a quiet neighborhood. Sean was responsive to all of our communication and ensured we had working equipment/fixed furniture during our stay. Super grateful to have found this home."

"Great communications by the owner. Everything as described."

"Not located in the best neighborhood."

"Nice place, beautiful view. Bathroom was odd. Had to go through bedroom to get to the bathroom"

"What a fabulous place to stay! The proximity to Carmel and Monterey was excellent. There is also a Target and Costco very close for supplies. The house is in a safe neighborhood that is quiet and easy to access. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area."
