Tranquil space was fully renovated in 2023/2025. Close to downtown Carmel! Boasts views of Santa Lucia Mountain range from the 800 sq. ft covered patio area. Outdoor kitchen includes, fridge, icemaker, new grill and side burner, 75" TV to watch sporting events or movies with the family. Also in the outdoor area is a large 10' dining table for 10. Separate sunken firepit to have your favorite glass of wine or just simply enjoy the views of the lot and mountain range.

FOR GOLFERS, family members and the kiddos: We installed a larger putting green off the patio. Great for putting, cornhole (we have a set) and other yard games. .



We have 3 larger outdoor ceiling heaters to keep the covered area toasty on those cool Carmel nights. So, if you're worried about the chilly nights, we have you covered.



Primary Kitchen is fully equipped (with spices and oils as well) and there is an eat in kitchen with bar stools. You can open the 16' sliders to enjoy the outdoors while in the kitchen.

All four bedrooms have new mattresses, linens, TV's and strong internet.



Two of four the bedrooms walk out to a ZEN garden for a tranquil cup of tea or coffee. Or a nice glass of wine while you read great book.



We love fur babies. Please contact us before booking to approve your furry family member. Dog/pet fee is $225.00 per pet. Typically one dog allowed. Yet occasionally others maybe approved.



The Space:

All areas of the home have been fully renovated. LR and DR have quintessential Carmel ceiling with hardwood floors, fireplace in LR is wood burning.

You'll enjoy the outdoor water fountain sounds from the master suite. Just open the windows and enjoy the tranquil sounds from the fountain.



Guest Access:

All areas of home with exception of owners closet in garage are accessible.

We added a larger parking lot to use for easier access to the front entry. Less steps to manage as well as navigate larger vehicles.

The neighborhood is typically full time residences



Getting Around:

Easy location to access carmel valley (entrance about 2.5 mi) or downtown carmel (2 min car ride or about 10-15 min walk to downtown.



Other Things to Note:

We offer a larger added parking area on the lot next to the home. Room enough for 2 larger SUVS or a Sprinter.

I live remotely. You will get a key code to enter home. We self manage so you'll get an amazing experience and very quick responses to any questions or concerns.
