This beautifully renovated home with ocean views is located just two blocks from Ocean Avenue shops, restaurants and attractions. It's easy to park the cars in the driveway and set off on foot to the beach or any Carmel-by-the-Sea destination or event.

Hop onto the PCH and head south to explore the natural beauty of Point Lobos State Reserve and the stunning Big Sur coastline, or head north to Monterey Bay, Elkhorn Slough, Capitola, Santa Cruz and beyond. Bring your clubs and set your tee times - golfers have their pick of many world-class courses.

Living Space
MerSea is a lovely, updated home with 1,606 sf and 2 levels. The living area has a gas fireplace and a wifi-enabled Smart TV (guest should bring the logins to their subscriptions for streaming options). The lower level of the home has a filtered ocean view.

Kitchen
The home has a well-equipped kitchen so you can freely prepare meals in your vacation home.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Upstairs:
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, an ocean view and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Downstairs:
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds.
The full hall bathroom has a standing shower.

A washer and dryer are available for guest use and are located in the house near the kitchen.

Off-street parking for two cars in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
