Wow!!
As unique, special and awe-inspiring as the location is, the Sanctuary team’s service was right up there, too. We made a point of stopping by the office in town to look at the other properties shown there. Thank you very much to all for making our birthday trip for my daughter and I even more spectacular!

This place has it all!!!! It was exactly as described and perfect. It was well equipped and the views are magical.

Amazing place, great location
Wow. Whales breaching in the ocean from the first minute we arrived (thanks for the telescope!). A hawk in the tree. Hummingbirds, beautiful flora. And the house was large, clean, and comfortable. We stayed with our two adult children and their SOs, for a wedding just up the street at Carmel Highlands Inn. Would definitely rent again for a similar event. One thing lacking: lots of pot covers, but only two pots! Wouldn’t want to cook a large meal there, but didn’t need to.

Awesome panoramic view
Top notch property. There was a heat wave when we went which is very unusual here. No ceiling fans, it got hot in the house in the evening sun. But it's very seldom that hot there, so there is a very nice fireplace in the master bedroom.

Laguna Seca or Bust
We loved the property and overall had a great stay. Sadly there were a lot of little things that if not reported could have cost us (key missing, garage door opener not there, guest book not there that has information you need to read before using fireplaces and so on, barbecue cover ripped badly, kitchen items ( pots, pans, mixer etc.. ) put away filthy. No lights or not working on garage or in barbecue area. Other issues were smaller and not worth going into. The windows need to be addressed the view is what people are paying for. They need to have people that know how to wash windows correctly and know what can be done for what looks like hard water stains or replace if needed. In an earlier post rodents were brought up Not a problem in the house at all. Both vehicles had rodent droppings in the engine compartment. The one parked by the garage was the worst. The property is beautiful the view is amazing and the house is very comfortable. Previous posts had mentioned the beds . I would say they have upgraded because we all said they were very comfortable. Our power went out while we were there & thank goodness for the gas range we could have coffee : ) I wrote all the issues down for the property management company and hopefully they’ll be addressed. Our stay went from exceptional to good with annoyances. Property management did respond quickly re: the key and had it sitting by the door for us. These are all easily rectified

Forever View II
We loved our 30 day stay at this beautiful home. Well appointed, beautiful view, quiet, private, clean, perfect location, comfortable and best vacation ever. Will return again.
