Guests will have exclusive access to the main floor of the house, the lower level of the house, the hot tub, deck, and backyard. Guests will be the only people on the property during their stay.

The home is equipped with a keyless entry.

This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.
