"I stayed one night at Tri Century Mill Suites in mid March. My room was spacious, clean and absolutly gorgeous. There were massive windows looking out over the river which runs around the property. I didn't need the kitchenette, but if I did it was very well equipped. This room had a bedroom separate from the living space, also with a huge window and a deep sill. "I stayed for a night and I felt like it was auditioning for a “before” scene in a cleaning commercial. The bathtub looked like it had seen things… none of them involving soap anytime recently, and the water pressure was so weak it could barely rinse off a thought.
To top it off, the front desk clerk greeted me with what I can only describe as a full-on “lip corner science experiment” going on, which made maintaining eye contact a bit of a challenge. Safe to say, not exactly the warm welcome I...

"This hotel is set away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to restaurants and shopping. Our granddaughters loved the heated pool. The breakfast offers a good selection. It is also in a very spacious room so it does not feel crowded.
Our room was a good size and with a microwave and fridge snacks and quick meals are possible.
We plan to return next time in Ottawa. "

"We were disappointed with the coffee machine in our room. The quantity it makes is small and not hot.
The shower was terrible, no pressure and it was very difficult to control water temp.
Wifi was not adequate: one of our devices wouldn’t log in and it worked everywhere else."

"Overall this is a very nice hotel, decent breakfast, friendly staff, clean... My one complaint is the height of the toilet. It's so low that the towel rack was hanging off probably from people using it to help them get back up. I was traveling with my senior mother and she had to go down the hall to use the family washroom because it had a rail. Definitely not an accessible hotel. The beds were comfortable though, just get higher toilets please. I'm only 5'4 and I had trouble getting back up. "

"Had a great stay. Staff were very friendly. Got to see a few NHL players from the Minnesota Wild & Carolina Hurricanes who were in town to play the Senators. Pool was great not too crowded and hot tub was the right temp. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Ottawa. "

"O quarto que reservei/paguei não tinha disponibilidade, reservei com piso de madeira e nos colocaram em um carpete. A recepcionista (não lembro o nome) foi muito atenciosa e nos levou para escolhermos outro quarto que nos atendesse, mas inferior ao reservado (paguei por um melhor e fiquei num pior), Café da manhã bom e nada de extraordinário. Hotel limpo. Maioria dos hospedes (no periodo da minha hospedagem) estão a trabalho. Deve ser pela região que esta com muitas obras.

"The gentleman at reception was very pleasant and welcoming and gave clear instructions re all the amenities
and provided me with a bucket and two bags of ice.
Even though close to the highway the room was quiet and all items functioned very well. The bed was excellent and the bathroom and room very clean. Great Place."
