The property features a spacious interior partly characterized by sloping ceilings, rustic furnishings, and warm wooden furniture that lend the home an authentic and inviting atmosphere.

On the ground floor, you will find a generous living and dining room centered around an open-hearth fireplace, which serves as a decorative focal point. This level also includes a room with 1 sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dedicated playroom ideal for younger guests, and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and a pizza oven, all complemented by a dining table. Direct access to the garden and terrace is available from this floor, along with a shower and WC.

On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, 2 bedrooms are available, each featuring sloping ceilings and panoramic windows. The first room contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and 1 double bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm. The second room is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. A gallery area with a television is also located on this floor, alongside a full bathroom with a bath, shower, and WC.

The second upper floor, accessed by a ladder, houses 2 additional rooms, both with sloping ceilings and a ceiling height ranging from 75 to 180 cm. Holiday with family

The house is nice for bigger families with garden and direct on main street of the village. The location is appr. 40' to Rostock/Warnemünde, 20' to Kuehlungsborn and 1h 20' to Stralsund by car. The rustical ambiente is lovely and complete. Our family enjoyed the 6 days very much.Thank you for the service - "Hansi" !!!

Es ist insgesamt ein schönes Haus mit vielen natürlichen Elementen wie Holzfußböden und Lehmputz. Sehr geeignet für größere Familien oder auch mehrere Familien, denn man kann sich auch gut mal zurück ziehen. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass die Wohnküche so einladend und gemütlich ist, auch mit größerer Familie. Und der Garten - super schön und großzügig. Unsere Kinder konnten sich auch mal auf der zweiten Etage austoben, während wir unten saßen. Leider war der Kamin aktuell nicht nutzbar, da hätten wir uns abends sonst gern mal hingesetzt.Empfehlenswert ist, die Beschreibung genau zu lesen - die Treppen sind wirklich steil. Sauberkeit war gut, etwas staubig hier und da, an der einen oder anderen Ecke wären auch kleine Reparaturen nötig. Das Gesamt-Wohlfühlgefühl konnte bei uns dadurch aber nicht allzu sehr beeinträchtigt werden. Umgebung ist schon recht ländlich, aber es gibt schöne Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten, wenn man danach sucht. Der Hausverwalter nebenan ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem könnten wir uns vorstellen, nochmal wieder zu kommen!

Sehr geeignet für größere Familien oder auch mehrere Familien, denn man kann sich auch gut mal zurück ziehen. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass die Wohnküche so einladend und gemütlich ist, auch mit größerer Familie. Und der Garten - super schön und großzügig. Unsere Kinder konnten sich auch mal auf der zweiten Etage austoben, während wir unten saßen. Leider war der Kamin aktuell nicht nutzbar, da hätten wir uns abends sonst gern mal hingesetzt.Empfehlenswert ist, die Beschreibung genau zu lesen - die Treppen sind wirklich steil. Sauberkeit war gut, etwas staubig hier und da, an der einen oder anderen Ecke wären auch kleine Reparaturen nötig. It's very suitable for larger families or even multiple families, as it's also a great place to retreat. We particularly liked how inviting and cozy the kitchen-diner is, even with a larger family. And the garden – super beautiful and spacious. Our children were able to play on the second floor while we sat downstairs. Unfortunately, the fireplace wasn't available at the time, as we would have otherwise enjoyed sitting there in the evenings. It's recommended to read the description carefully – the stairs are really steep. Cleanliness was good, a bit dusty here and there, and a few small repairs are needed. However, this didn't affect our overall sense of well-being too much. The surrounding area is quite rural, but there are lovely things to do if you look for them. The property manager next door is also very friendly and helpful. All in all, we could imagine coming back again!
