The Space:
The layout has been carefully optimized to offer you a welcoming and comfortable space, ideal for hosting up to 4 guests. All furniture and utensils are brand new.

The house is arranged as follows:

On the ground floor, you’ll find:
- A living room with a sofa and a large smart TV,
- A dining area with a table,
- A fully functional bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, towels, and a washing machine,
- A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, new dishes and utensils.

Upstairs:
- A master bedroom with a large double bed (160 x 200), wardrobe, small desk, and TV,
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190), linen storage, and a TV.

The small private courtyard, fully enclosed, is a real highlight — perfect for enjoying sunny meals in a peaceful, intimate setting. You’ll find a parasol, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

To make your arrival easier, free and convenient parking is available just a few steps from the property, ensuring peace of mind from the moment you arrive.

Guest Access:
Access to the accommodation is easy and available from 5 PM. If you wish to arrive a little earlier, please don’t hesitate to ask—we will do our best to accommodate you based on the schedule. You will have a private gate and exclusive access to the entire property.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the center of Carentan and the D-Day beaches, this house is ideal for a relaxing stay in the heart of nature, while still enjoying all nearby amenities. The nearest supermarket is just a 7-minute drive from the property.

Getting Around:

Airborne Museum (D-Day Museum)
Located in Sainte-Mère-Église, about 12 km away (15 minutes by car). This museum is dedicated to the US 101st Airborne Division, famous for its role in the Normandy Landings.

Crisbecq Battery Museum
About 18 km away (20 minutes by car). A fortified German battery offering insight into the region’s military history.

Utah Beach Museum and Landing Beach
Located in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, around 20 km (25 minutes). It tells the story of the landing at Utah Beach during D-Day.

Omaha Beach Museum and Landing Beach
Situated in Colleville-sur-Mer, approximately 35 km away (35 minutes). This museum is dedicated to Omaha Beach, a key D-Day landing site.

Other Things to Note:
The rate includes bed linen, beds made upon arrival, and bath towels. The living areas can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. You will have the entire house, spread over two levels, with a staircase providing access to the bedrooms.
