A Home to Relax and Unwind
The open-plan living and kitchen area has comfy sofas and bifold doors that fold back onto the garden and its view, so you can sit indoors with the outside wide open. Unwind in front of the Smart TV, then head out to the sunken hot tub and fire pit for the evening. The garden has a fish pond with a water feature and a grape vine, plus we have an al fresco dining area for slow mornings and long meals.

The Layout

• Living area: Open-plan with comfy sofas, Smart TV, sound system and bifold doors to the garden. Heated, with hanging space for outdoor wear.

• Kitchen: New and easy to use, with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and cooking basics. Dining table seats 4.

• Master bedroom: King bed with en-suite shower room (large refurbished shower enclosure, toilet and sink).

• Bedroom 2: Two single beds with en-suite attached.

• Outdoor space: Private sunken hot tub (bookable on request), fire pit, BBQ facilities and al fresco dining overlooking the garden, pond and grape vine.

Location
Bonvilston is a quiet village of fields and country lanes in the Vale of Glamorgan, with Cardiff an easy drive away. Several good pubs and a café sit within walking distance, and the X2 bus stops close by if you`d rather leave the car. Beaches, forest walks, golf and St Fagans museum are all a short drive out.

Good to Know Before You Book
Self check-in is via a keybox, with full details sent the morning of arrival. The wider grounds are shared, so gardeners may come and go during your stay, though your privacy will always be respected. Our friendly dog named Duke lives on site; please don`t feed or hug him, as he`s claustrophobic. If you`ve booked the hot tub, it can be used between 10am and 10pm, and a shower before entering is asked of everyone; please use only plastic glasses outside and remove any fake tan beforehand, as it blocks the pipes (guests who ignore this may face a £100 fine). Pets are not allowed due to livestock at the property. No parties, and no smoking or vaping indoors. Maximum 4 guests, including any visitors, so please let us know in advance if you plan to invite anyone over.

Extra charges
Early check-in and later check-out can be requested at £25 per hour, up to 2 hours. A standard celebration package is available at £100, and a premium celebration package at £150. All are subject to availability and can be arranged after booking through a secure third-party platform.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £350 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.

Please treat the space with care, start the dishwasher before you leave, strip any used beds, and pop rubbish in the correct bins. Keeping noise down in the evenings out of respect for the neighbours is appreciated.
