HBJ Properties launched the 'Henry Suite' January 2022. The Henry Suite can only be described as the terrace house with a twist, ordinary on the outside, but extraordinarily luxurious on the inside. The property boasts a 7ft Emperor French bed, rainforest shower, 75" smart TV, video conferencing & your own private hot tub. Located 5 minutes by car & 15 minutes on foot from the bustling City Centre of Cardiff.
The space
Throughout the Henry Suite is smart mood lighting, which provides you with the luxury of setting the scene for any occasion. In addition, the WiFi is superfast business grade fibre broadband.

The property entrance is secured by a self-check-in coded smart lock. The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen/spa room with no expense spared.

The lounge area is laid with exquisite Kahrs Original Artisan Oak Tennessee flooring, which boasts a warm rustic design. A chesterfield sofa takes central place in front of a 75” 4K Ultra-HD smart TV with live Freesat HD channels and complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime connectivity. The smart mood lighting is perfect to create the cinema effect. Below the TV is a featured 5D digital log effect built in electric fire with smart mood lighting.

In addition, for business clients, there is a Poly HD Video conference system that is connected via the 75” TV if you require Microsoft Teams or Zoom video meetings. This is available upon request once a booking has been made.

The kitchen provides a 2-seat breakfast bar, which has a full view of the TV to watch or conduct video meetings. The kitchen is equipped with the following built-in appliances: fridge, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, induction hob/electric oven, and LED kitchen ceiling fan. To the left in the kitchen is a well-equipped bar counter with an undercounter wine fridge and freezer, on wall cocktail recipes, glasses, and utensils for you to indulge your mixologist skills.

Leading from the kitchen into the rear of the property, you will enter the spa room, which boasts a Moonlight 3-person 32-amp hot tub. The Moonlight’s 5" underwater LED light and Pop-Up Waterfall is perfect for creating a romantic atmosphere on quieter evenings, phasing through seven different colours continuously. You and your partner can relax on the twin loungers and enjoy a soothing massage. A total of 60 hydrotherapy massage and air jets provide an unrivalled massage and hydrotherapy experience for a hot tub this size. The Moonlight is the ideal place to relax but also offers a range of health benefits, including relief from stress, pain, fatigue, muscle tension, and anxiety. The spa room opens fully, adjoining the outdoor patio, providing the outdoors in living experience via 3 metre bifold doors. The patio is coved by a 3metre long wooden pergola with a privacy screen cover, and the remaining area of the patio provides a full privacy screen to ensure complete privacy and full enjoyment during your stay. The patio heater provides comfortable infrared heat, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere when relaxing outdoors. The outdoor electric heating system comes with the TS-3 push button timer. This handy controller ensures that the outdoor heating system stays on for a pre-programmed 15 minutes and cuts out automatically when it’s not needed. Don’t worry about forgetting to turn it off when you go back inside – the timer will take care of that for you!

1st Floor Emperor Bedroom Suite. The contemporary glass balustrade staircase with an overhanging crystal chandelier and smart lighting starts from the lounge and leads up to the Emperor bedroom suite. The Emperor Bedroom is a luxury mix of French Louis style shabby chic with a twist of modern interior design. At the top of the stairs, there is no doubt you will be captivated by the large 7ft Emperor French bed. The Versailles Upholstered Gold Bed is the ultimate boudoir statement piece.
It has a button back upholstered in beige-grey raw slub-silk, with a double-piped trim, and framed in a distressed antique gold gilt mahogany with end corner detailing. Featuring floral carvings and signature cabriole style legs.
This luxurious 7x7ft bed with a luxurious Vispring Mattress truly must be seen and experienced! Either side of the bed are matching luxury French console tables, made from mahogany, and then finished in antiquated gilt, with cabriole style legs and a solid marble top.

The open-plan bedroom ensuite is truly an incredible unique design. The wall to ceiling adjoining shower glass creates a large shower encasement with a multi-function rainfall/rain curtain recessed ceiling showerhead (800x600) and hand shower mode with built in LED lighting, plenty of room for two people.

Additionally, the ensuite adds a touch of modern and period with a Heritage Victoria beautiful twin-legged double console basin, crafted from high-grade white vitreous china and combined with elegant gold traditional taps to complete the look. Above the double console basin is a bespoke designed internal dot style mirror with RGB remote controlled mood under mirror lighting, demister, and shaver socket.
