Ideal starting point for many hikes and discoveries for both natural and cultural. The proximity of the famous city of Carcassonne and the famous Canal du Midi (both World Heritage by UNESCO), the Cathar castles and mysterious Abbey of Rennes le Chateau, reflect a rich heritage. The cottage of ​​100 m² is comfortably equipped for 6 people with private pool. It is semi attached with an unused building in a Domaine of 5 hectares. You have a private area of ​​1000 m² at the back of the cottage with a private pool of 7,30 mx3,50m with a depth between 1.10m to 1.60m. Secured by an alarm, it is open from mai to end of september.
Ground floor : large living room of 50 m² with living area, spacious kitchen, dining area and independant toilets. Old wooden staircase.
