Villa Sylva: Large wooden-frame villa with salt water pool, on the edge of the forest



This vast wooden-framed villa, full of charm, is located on the edge of a forest, in a quiet residential area, offering a privileged natural setting for relaxing holidays. Spread over two levels, it can accommodate up to 10 people and is perfectly suited to large families, bringing together parents, children, and grandparents. The villa has a salt water pool and a WIFI connection.



The lake is located at approximately 1,200 metres, as are the shops, while the Atlantic Ocean beaches are accessible 5 km away, allowing one to fully enjoy the environment between forest, lake and ocean.



The spacious and bright living room is fitted out with a large sofa, a table and chairs as well as a television, offering a friendly space to gather. The open-plan American kitchen opens onto the living area and is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, storage cupboards, crockery and kitchen utensils. A counter with high stools completes this functional and modern space. Independent toilets with a hand basin are available on the ground floor, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.



Upstairs is the sleeping area, consisting of five bedrooms. Four bedrooms each have a double bed of 140 cm or single beds and integrated storage, offering comfort adapted to the whole family. The master suite is equipped with a double bed of 140 cm, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower and washbasin. A bathroom with shower and double sink as well as a bathroom with bathtub and double sink complete the floor. Independent toilets are also present.



Outside, a large terrace allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful days, with a garden lounge, a dining area set up under the covered terrace and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals. The 10 x 5 metre salt water swimming pool is harmoniously integrated into the enclosed garden, conducive to relaxation. A dedicated bicycle storage garage is available, perfect for exploring the surrounding cycle paths.



This villa is particularly suitable for hosting family stays, in a peaceful environment that is respectful of the neighbourhood. Due to its calm and residential location, it is not intended to accommodate groups of young people.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental; these services are offered as an option, rates upon request.
