The space
Fine quality furnishings and decor make this a great spot to hang your hat. Living area features a place to take shoes off as you come in the door and hang your coat.

Down-filled swivel chair to plant your feet and read a book or take in some of Colorado's iconic mountains (Sopris and Capital). High top table gives plenty of space to spread out or enjoy a civilized meal. Adjoining den features a 55" Samsung smart tv and comfortable couch. Jump on a stationary bike if you need to get some spinning.

Bedroom is serene oasis that has queen, log-bed, dresser and side tables. Closet features a terrific work space with large monitor to plug your computer in for work (but still has for two tiers of hanging rods for clothing, adjoining it separately)

Kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. *Note: hand-wash only, no dishwasher or disposal.

Clean and bright bathroom space featuring cast iron tub and shower.
Guest access
Guest suite is located below main house as a private, separate space not accessible to the upstairs. Owner occupied upstairs. Enjoy your own patio with views and gas bbq.
