"Fabulous views, huge great room and dining table, super fun game room with foosball, pool, ping-pong, checkers/chess table, and much more! The dock was massive - lots of room to dock our jetski and rented pontoon boat. The location was wonderful - off the main part of the lake to reduce traffic, but close to Dustin Point Marina (pontoon boat rental) and The Lost Cove (jetski launch). The owners are super responsive to all inquires and text message. We can't wait to go back next year!"

"Beautiful home and great proximity to Lakeshore Marina and Restaurant, as well as a convenience store. The only steps were from the top dock to the bottom dock, which was a unique bonus for the Smith Lake area rentals. The quiet location was perfect for my crew who love to kayak. We would definitely stay here again."

"There is five couples in our group and we try to get together for a long weekend at the lake once a year. We needed a place that was large enough to accommodate 10 adults at a reasonable rate. This was our place. It is well equipped, conveniently located and large enough for our group, but not too large. We will definitely be back. The only issue we had was that there wasn’t enough bath towels provided. But, this was a small negative compared to everything else that was positive about this place...

"It was a great place to stay and we all enjoyed it so much! Great house, great dock, and just a super fun time. The only negative thing that I could say is we weren’t told that there was an apartment with someone else staying beside us until after we had booked the house, probably wouldn’t have booked it had we known that. "We had such a great stay at this super cool, straw-insulated bohemian house. The loft was really neat, and the whole place was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. "Our stay here was perfect! From the creek to the upstairs porch watching the moonrise- we enjoyed every minute. We spent time exploring the property, cooked in the kitchen, and ate dinner outside in the wonderful weather each night. During our stay, I also explored the local national forest and hiked in Bankshead. We also went to Tallulah Brewing in Jasper- great dog friendly spot! The hosts of this property clearly care and it is obvious in the cleanliness of the home. I can't wait to return...
