Il Porticciolo is a bright and romantic apartment, ideal for a relaxing holiday. It has a double bedroom with lake view, open space living area, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, characteristic stone bathroom and large panoramic French windows.
Al Molo is spread over several levels and can accommodate up to 3 people. It includes a living room, kitchen with induction stove, double bedroom, master bathroom and service bathroom. Its strong point is the private sauna with relaxation area , sun loungers and large crystal shower. It is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher.
The location is ideal for discovering the beauty of Lake Como: from the village of Carate Urio it is possible to easily reach the navigation points and set off to discover Bellagio, Como, historic villas and characteristic villages on the lake.

To know: the property is close to the road and, depending on traffic and schedules, noise may be heard. Al Molo is on several levels and does not have an elevator.
