There is no garage. Street parking is available in front of the property (public space). Outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras facing the street.

• The property does not have a garage. Guests may park on the street in front of the house (public parking).

• ❗Guests must bring their own towels, beachwear and personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste), as these are not provided.

• ❗Please unplug the air conditioner when leaving the suite.

(Early check-in may be possible upon prior request. If there is no guest checking out on the same day, it may be offered as a courtesy. No arrivals after 11:00 PM.)

🔴 CHECK-OUT: until 11:00 AM
(Late check-out is only possible with prior arrangement and payment of a half-day rate, provided there is no guest arriving on the same day. It is not offered as a courtesy.)
